Mega Venusaur ex has an ability called Solar Transfer that allows trainers to move grass type energy around your Pokémon in play, which means it will only take two turns to build up the 4 x grass energy cost for Jungle Dump. This does 240 damage and heals 30 from Mega Venusaur.
If you pair this with Meganium you can double your grass energy, which turns one grass energy into two with Meganium’s Wild Growth ability. That means you can build up and perform Mega Venusaur’s Jungle Dump ability in one turn.
