Apples iPhone Pocket sock is fully sold out

By Eric November 27, 2025

In a surprising turn of events, Apple’s latest accessory, the iPhone Pocket, has become a hot commodity despite initial skepticism and jokes about its design. This sock-like bag, which is branded by the renowned fashion designer Issey Miyake, was launched with a price tag of $149.95, escalating to $229.95 for a version with a longer strap. Many initially dismissed it as a quirky accessory that would likely gather dust on store shelves, but the reality has proven otherwise. The iPhone Pocket has quickly sold out in Apple’s online stores across multiple countries, including the United States, France, China, Italy, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Kingdom. This unexpected success highlights Apple’s ability to create demand for even the most unconventional products.

The iPhone Pocket’s popularity can be attributed to a blend of factors, including its unique design and the allure of the Apple brand. While some consumers may have initially laughed at the concept, the accessory has struck a chord with fashion-forward individuals looking for stylish ways to carry their devices. The collaboration with Issey Miyake, a name synonymous with innovative fashion, adds a layer of prestige that likely appeals to Apple’s core demographic. As noted by MacRumors, the accessory’s rapid sell-out suggests that there is a significant market for such products, and it raises the question of whether Apple will produce more units to meet the demand. For now, the iPhone Pocket remains elusive, leaving consumers eager to get their hands on this trendy item.

In an era where tech and fashion increasingly intersect, the iPhone Pocket exemplifies how Apple continues to push boundaries and redefine consumer expectations. While it may have started as a punchline, the accessory has become a sought-after item, proving that sometimes, the most unconventional ideas can resonate deeply with consumers. As the buzz around the iPhone Pocket continues, it will be interesting to see if Apple capitalizes on this trend by releasing additional stock or expanding its product line to include more fashion-oriented tech accessories. For those still on the hunt, checking retail stores may yield some luck, but for now, the iPhone Pocket remains a coveted accessory that has captured the imagination of many.
