Summer Walker Releases Two Deluxe Editions of ‘Finally Over It’: ‘I Heard You’

By Eric November 19, 2025

In an exciting surprise for fans, R&B sensation Summer Walker dropped two deluxe editions of her critically acclaimed album *Finally Over It* on November 19. The new releases, titled *Finally Over It (Cocktail Hour)* and *Finally Over It (The After Party)*, showcase a mix of previously unreleased tracks and fan favorites, providing a fresh take on her celebrated work. The *Cocktail Hour* edition is available exclusively on iTunes, featuring the latest installment of her beloved Sessions series, including “Sessions 34” and a live performance of “Session 32” from her Breezy Bowl concert in Las Vegas. Fans are also granted a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the creative process of “Go Girl,” a collaboration with popular artists Latto and Doja Cat, further enriching the listening experience.

On the other hand, *Finally Over It (The After Party)* is accessible on all major streaming platforms, featuring tracks that were previously available only on vinyl. This edition includes new songs like “Take Me Out This Club” and “Drown in My Love,” along with a solo rendition of “1-800-Heartbreak.” Walker took to Instagram to express her excitement, stating, “Take Me Out This Club, Drown In My Love and 1-800 Heartbreak (Solo) are live on ALL STREAMING PLATFORMS. Finally Over It (The AfterParty) deluxe. I heard you.” This release marks the culmination of Walker’s trilogy, which debuted with a star-studded lineup of collaborations, including names like Mariah the Scientist, Chris Brown, and 21 Savage.

In addition to the music, Walker recently appeared on *The Terrell Show*, where she shared insights about the album’s cover art, which is inspired by the iconic Anna Nicole Smith. The cover features Walker in a striking white wedding gown, reminiscent of Smith’s 1994 wedding to billionaire J. Howard Marshall. Walker expressed her admiration for Smith, describing her as “hot, sexy, fun, and free,” and humorously noted her aspiration to find her own “old billionaire.” With these new releases, Summer Walker not only delights her fans with fresh music but also offers a personal glimpse into her artistic inspirations and creative journey. Be sure to stream *Finally Over It (The After Party)* and immerse yourself in the latest from this rising star.
