In 2017, Cormac Hanley faced a life-altering challenge when he suffered a stroke that left him with significant impairments. In 2021, Cormac enrolled in Òfil Osons l’Emploi, a publicly funded vocational school dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities through specialized training programs. Among these offerings was a horology program, which focuses on the intricate art of watchmaking—a field that not only requires precision and creativity but also provides a unique outlet for self-expression and craftsmanship.
Through his studies at the vocational school, Cormac discovered a passion for horology that would transform his life.
