Zac Brown Band’s Sphere Setlist: Every Song From the First Show

On December 5, the Zac Brown Band kicked off their highly anticipated eight-date residency at Las Vegas’ innovative Sphere, coinciding with the release of their new album, *Love & Fear*. This inaugural performance featured an impressive lineup of 26 songs, incorporating seven tracks from their fresh album alongside fan-favorite hits that have defined their career since their debut in 2008 with *The Foundation*. The concert not only showcased the band’s musical evolution but also highlighted their commitment to delivering an unforgettable live experience, a vision that frontman Zac Brown has been nurturing since the Sphere’s construction.

In an interview with *Billboard*, Brown expressed his excitement about the unique opportunity to perform in such a groundbreaking venue, describing the Sphere as “the greatest canvas that’s ever been created for imagination.” This residency marks a significant chapter for the band, which has enjoyed sustained success with five albums topping the Billboard Country Albums chart. Brown emphasized that this is a new era for Zac Brown Band, referring to it as “2.0 for our band,” and underscoring their relentless drive to innovate and engage their audience. He stated, “My passion and my creativity is as good now as it’s ever been,” reinforcing the idea that they are not merely coasting on past successes but are actively pushing boundaries and enhancing the concert experience.

As fans flocked to the Sphere, the first four shows quickly sold out, with limited tickets remaining for the final four performances scheduled through January 17. The residency not only celebrates the band’s extensive catalog but also serves as a testament to their enduring appeal and the excitement surrounding their new music. With a blend of nostalgia and fresh sounds, Zac Brown Band’s Sphere shows promise to be a memorable highlight in the Las Vegas entertainment scene.

opened its eight-date (so far) limited engagement at Las Vegas’ Sphere on Friday night (Dec. 5), bringing a show filled with hits and fan favorites.

The inaugural night coincided with the self-release of the group’s new album,
Love & Fear
, also out Dec. 5 and the evening’s 26 songs drew heavily on the new set with seven songs performed. The other 19 tunes spanned the triple-Grammy winning band’s repertoire extending back to its first album, 2008’s
The Foundation
.

about the band’s Sphere run, Brown said it is the realization of a dream he has had even before the immersive venue opened in 2023.

“I’ve been wanting to do a spectacle for a couple years,” he said, “I’ve been planning to figure out how to do something where the production and the fan experience is just on [another] level. And then in my planning for doing that, I heard about the Sphere and toured the building while it was under construction. I was like, ‘This is the place…’ The Sphere is the greatest canvas that’s ever been created for imagination.”

Brown calls the Sphere appearance and the new album “2.0 for our band,” who has landed five albums on top of
Billboard
’s Country Albums chart. “There’s some bands, they keep going for a while and then they kind of get tired, they stop,” he said. “But my passion and my creativity is as good now as it’s ever been, and I just want to keep pushing the envelope of what our band is capable of and bringing our fans along for the ride… This is our chance to show that we’re not slowing down. We’ve actually got our foot on the gas.”
