By Eric November 30, 2025

As the holiday season approaches, Disney+ is rolling out an impressive lineup of new content for December, alongside a lucrative Black Friday sale offering up to 70% off on the Disney+ and Hulu bundle for annual subscribers. This promotion is a fantastic opportunity for fans looking to dive into a wealth of festive programming and exclusive specials. December promises to be a treat for subscribers, featuring a mix of live events, holiday specials, and a significant focus on Taylor Swift, making it a month not to be missed.

Kicking off the month on December 2, viewers can enjoy “Dancing with the Holidays,” a live holiday special that reunites the cast of “Dancing with the Stars” after its most-watched finale in eight years. Also premiering is the “Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular,” showcasing magical moments from Disney’s theme parks. The following days will see the debut of “Are You Sure?!,” a documentary series featuring K-Pop stars Jungkook and Jimin, as well as the highly anticipated “CMA Country Christmas.” Other highlights include new episodes of beloved series like “Miraculous Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir” and “Disney Twisted Wonderland,” along with the animated film “Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Last Straw.”

Mid-December is particularly exciting for Swifties, as Disney+ will release “The End of an Era,” a behind-the-scenes documentary chronicling Taylor Swift’s final Eras Tour performance, alongside the live concert recording. This event is set to be a major draw, especially with the first two episodes of the documentary premiering on December 12. Additionally, fans can look forward to the second season of “Percy Jackson & the Olympians,” which will feature a mix of new episodes and a companion podcast. The month wraps up with festive programming on Christmas Day, including the Disney Parks Magical Christmas Day Parade and an NBA game, ensuring subscribers have plenty to enjoy as they celebrate the holidays. With a diverse array of content and special events, Disney+ is poised to keep audiences entertained throughout December.
