I tested Sony’s legendary XM5 headphones against the newer version, the XM6, as did
Lead Shopping Reporter Bethany Allard
. And both of us found that they’re far more alike than different. Unless you’re a picky audiophile, I think most people should opt for the XM5 model while it’s on sale, which is what Allard recommended in her comparison.
