21 Black Friday deals on Amazon that no one else is beating (or even matching): TVs, Legos, and more

By Eric November 27, 2025

As Black Friday approaches, savvy shoppers are gearing up for the best deals of the year, and this year, Amazon is making a strong case for being the go-to destination for holiday shopping. Major retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Walmart are known for their competitive pricing, often matching each other’s discounts during the holiday season. However, Amazon has managed to stand out with exclusive offers that can save customers significantly on a wide range of products. After extensive research into the Black Friday listings, nearly two dozen standout deals have been identified, showcasing discounts on popular items such as 4K TVs, headphones, KitchenAid mixers, and video games. In some cases, Amazon’s prices beat competitors by just a few cents, while in others, the savings can reach up to $60 or more, making these deals hard to resist.

To ensure that the highlighted deals are truly the best available, specific criteria were applied. Amazon’s prices had to undercut those of other retailers, or offer additional incentives like free credits. Additionally, the items must be in stock in the same configurations across retailers, tagged as Black Friday deals, and sold directly by Amazon or verified brands. Examples of exceptional deals include the Insignia 55-inch 4K UHD Smart Fire TV priced at $189, a whopping $160.99 off its original price, and $0.99 cheaper than Best Buy. Other impressive discounts include the TCL 55-inch QM6K Series Mini-LED QLED 4K TV at $397.99, which offers a savings of $402 compared to its regular price, and the Apple iPad Air at $274, saving customers $75. These deals not only highlight Amazon’s competitive edge but also underscore the importance of careful comparison shopping during this bustling season.

As the shopping frenzy continues throughout Cyber Week, Amazon is expected to evolve its offerings, providing even more opportunities for consumers to score bargains. Shoppers are encouraged to keep an eye on the platform for updates and new deals, ensuring they don’t miss out on the best prices available. With a mix of electronics, kitchen appliances, beauty tech, and gaming titles all at discounted rates, Amazon is poised to be a leading player in the Black Friday sales landscape. Whether you’re looking for the latest tech or holiday gifts, these deals represent a significant opportunity to save while shopping from the comfort of home.

It is my firmest belief that the
best Black Friday deals
don’t exist in a vacuum. Major retailers like
Amazon
,
Best Buy
,
Target
, and
Walmart

love
to price-match each other during their concurrent holiday sales. So when one of them actually manages to one-up its peers with an exclusive discount, it’s worth shouting about.
After spending literal days poring over retailers’
Black Friday
listings, I’ve stumbled upon nearly two dozen deals on 4K TVs, headphones, KitchenAid mixers, video games, and other items that are at their cheapest on Amazon. In some cases, it’s beating other retailers’ offers by as little as one to four cents. (That counts, but it’s more of a formality than anything.) In other instances, items are $10 to $60 cheaper when purchased from Amazon — those are instant add-to-cartables.

In doing my research, I had four rules for eligibility (I’m picky):
Amazon has to be beating the other retailers’ sale prices on the item. If they’re price-matching each other, Amazon has to throw in something that makes its deal better (like a free credit).
The other retailer has to have the item in stock in the same color or configuration as Amazon.
The item has to be tagged as a Black Friday deal by Amazon or its competitor.
The item can’t be sold by a sketchy third-party seller at Amazon or its competitor. It’s got to be coming from the retailers themselves or a verified brand’s store page.
I’ll keep adding to my list as I encounter more better-than-elsewhere deals on Amazon, so keep checking Black throughout Cyber Week.
