Recruiting companies are starting to hold job interviews using AI

Despite the advantages, the use of AI in interviews raises concerns about fairness and bias. Critics argue that AI systems can inadvertently perpetuate existing biases if they are trained on flawed data sets. As companies increasingly rely on AI to sift through applicants, it is crucial for them to ensure that these systems are designed to promote diversity and inclusion rather than hinder it. Furthermore, while many candidates may appreciate the efficiency of AI interviews, there remains a significant portion of the workforce that values human interaction and the personal touch that comes with traditional interviews. As organizations navigate this evolving landscape, striking a balance between leveraging technology and maintaining a human-centric approach will be essential for fostering a fair and effective hiring process.
